Lintburn House is situated on the outskirts of the pretty town of Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders.

 

Accommodation:

Lintburn House is a home away from home. A comfortable, light and spacious house with beautiful views over Innerleithen to the hills.

The house is detached with a reasonable amount of privacy and space, use of the garden to the front of the living room is included. (The owners are resident in one half of the building).

The accommodation downstairs consists of a generous entry hall with wc, a large fully fitted kitchen that includes laundry facilities, a dining room, and a dual aspect living room with views to the front and rear of the property. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.  

The house sleeps five in double, twin and single bedrooms. For a small additional fee a futon chair/bed in the living room can be used. 

There are spectacular views from the living room and bedrooms.

 

Amenities:

As you exit the drive, the Co-Op supermarket with cash machine is 50m to the left, 50m the other way is woodland with a path up into the hills. All your needs are at hand, but we are not on the main road. We are minutes from many activities including cycling, fishing, golfing and walking, which along with the history and beauty of the area can make for a fulfilling break. 

Off-street parking available for one vehicle.
